Alex Cameron - Store Manager
Alex has worked at the store just a short time, coming to the store with previous management experience at fellow hunting retail stores. Alex has hunted for over 13 years and has been fishing trout for over 20 years. In his spare time, he enjoys scouting for turkey and deer on the farm he hunts in Clarks Valley, PA. He also enjoys putting out trail cameras, working on his food plots, hanging treestands and hiking through the valley itself. During long weekends, Alex likes to go to Nascar Races. Dover, Pocono, and Martinsville are his favorites. By the way, GO DALE JR #8!! In his spare time, Alex also enjoys traveling to hunt whitetails in places like Illinois and Ohio. Fall and Spring are Alex's favorite seasons. Fall is football season and hunting season! He says "nothing beats greeting the sunrise perched 20ft up a tree during a frosty November morning!" And of course, "spring is refreshing and it also mean Gobbler Season!" Alex is a member of the National Archery Association (NAA). The most interesting animal Alex ever took was an antelope in Wyoming with his dad. He is also very proud of a buck he took in 2004 after passing on 17 other bucks in PA. Alex was born in Dauphin, but not resides in Harrisburg with his girlfriend, Nikki, his dog Wyatt (mini-dachshound), Nikki's dog Tucker (coonhound) and Nikki's three cats!

Alex Smay - Customer Service Manager
Alex’s love for hunting and the outdoors began at a very early age. He says “I got my first Hoyt when I was 8 and I have been hooked ever since.” He has been hunting since he was 12 and made his first archery deer harvest when he was 13. He loves hunting the Big Woods of Potter County and travels to Missouri in hopes of a Booner. Alex says his favorite hunting experience so far has been when his wife harvested her first buck during the 2010 firearms season opener.
When the season is closed Alex loves scouting, hanging and checking trail cameras, working on food plots, and learning about deer behavior from authors like Charles Alsheimer. He enjoys hand loading rifle cartridges for his deer and varmint rifles and visiting groundhog infested farms for long range shooting in the summer. He is also an avid fisherman and has traveled to Canada for its great bass fishing but prefers to fly fish small mountain streams for native brook trout.
Alex has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from Grove City College and has been in the customer service field for over 10 years. He says his utmost concern is that we always offer the best service, experience, and products to our customers. He can provide advice on a wide range of topics and loves helping customers get equipped with the latest hunting gear or setting up new archers with their first bow. However, he can typically be found at his desk behind the customer service counter. Check for him there if you have any questions or comments, he loves getting feedback from our customers!
